Directions to the club
From A4042 at Cwmbran
Take the New Inn exit. After 300 yards turn right into Jerusalem Lane at traffic bollard signposted Glascoed. Do not turn off this road and continue straight over crossroads in Glascoed to Woodlake Park which about one mile further on the right. NOTE: Satellite navigation systems generally indicate the arrival at Woodlake Park some 500 yds early.
From A449/A40
Turn off at Usk and follow the road through the town – be wary of the speed camera as you approach Usk. Drive through the town and turn left, immediately after the bridge over the river, sign posted to Caerleon. After approximately half a mile turn right opposite Llanbadoc church – this follows a bend to the right. There are brown ‘golf course’ signs from this point. Continue along this road and after about one mile bear right and after a further half mile turn right at the top of a rise – Woodlake Park is about 500 yards along this road on the left. NOTE: Satellite navigation systems will take you to the right after Usk bridge, & is a longer route.
From Cwmbran/Pontypool – Abergavenny Road
Take the slip road off to Little Mill and Usk under bridge. Continue on to Beaufort Arms pub then right, as indicated by brown ‘golf course’ sign, towards Glascoed village . Continue past the phone box and turn left at the crossroads marked to golf course and Mount Zion chapel. NOTE: Satellite navigation systems generally indicate the arrival at Woodlake Park some 500 yds early.
