From this initial contact we need to know the date you require and the approximate number of players. This is enough for us to pencil in a provisional booking if the date is free.

We will send you paper copies of the details of the golf packages available together with catering menu choices and details how to find us together with a booking form. Simply fill in the form and return with a deposit  (minimum of £5 per player) to Woodlake Park.

We understand that at the time of booking, exact numbers attending may not be known. At this stage you should give your best estimate of numbers attending  -  for Society bookings, a minimum of 12 players are required.

To ease your problems, we will accept final attendance figures up to two working days  before the date booked. However, we expect you to confirm your Society's attendance within  10 days of the date of playing the course to confirm the  booking. Please ensure you communicate with the club prior to this date because provisional bookings will not held after this date.
